My name is Omar D' Alva, I've been in Customer Services since 2010. At the time I worked for Bank of America as a Credit Card Representative offering bank services and new products for the customers. I also have a bachelor degree in Business Administration. After finishing with BOA, I took a break from big corporations and went to work with Petco for a while. On 11/16/20 I joined Alinsco Insurance in the First Notice of Loss Department and went through Customer Service and Agent Support. I’m working on having a long career with Alinsco to help me accomplish bigger feats and to help our clients and Agents with their policies.
