I have an outstanding NSF check with you; how can I pay it?

If your check was returned due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), it’s essential to resolve the balance immediately. Please be aware that as an agent, you handle customer funds in a fiduciary capacity when collecting payments to bind policies. Insufficient funds at the time of processing constitute a violation of Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Part 1, Rule §19.901, which requires proper handling of fiduciary funds.
