Where can I find a Cancellation form?
To download a cancellation form, log in to Alinsco's agent portal at https://agents.empowerins.com/LogOn.aspx. Once logged in, click on Agent in the top menu, then go to Forms to locate and download the cancellation form.
Please note, an insured can cancel their policy using one of the following methods:
Signed Cancellation Form via Agent: The agent logs in to the Alinsco agent portal at https://agents.empowerins.com/LogOn.aspx, downloads the cancellation form, obtains the insured's signature, and uploads the signed form.
Provide a Signed Letter: The insured can write a cancellation letter including their name, address, phone number, and a statement such as, “I want to cancel my policy effective [effective date].” The letter must be signed and dated.
Cancel Through the Customer Portal: The insured can log in to Manage My Policy at https://customers.empowerins.com/ and complete the cancellation directly online.
Where can I find a No Loss form?
To download a No Loss form, log in to Alinsco's agent portal at https://agents.empowerins.com/LogOn.aspx. After logging in, click on Agent in the top menu, then go to Forms to locate and download the No Loss form.
